The future of EVs depends not only on their ability to satisfy range requirements and other operational needs, but also on charging and grid infrastructure, and whether it can meet the demands of fleet managers and private owners. There are ways to tackle increasing demands on power grids, such as smart charging, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) charging and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) charging.
