Fleet & Mobility Barometer 2026

Corporate 27 Oct 2026

The Arval Mobility Observatory is our research and industry information exchange platform, widely recognized in the fleet and mobility sector. It specializes in tracking fleet management trends. One of the primary deliverables of the Arval Mobility Observatory is the annual "Fleet Barometer”. This is an independent study conducted in collaboration with Ipsos, as part of an international survey, which is unique both in its scope and in the topics it examines.

Key Findings for Greece (research carried out in Q4 2025):

  • How do Greek companies view the future of their fleets? Confidence is high, with 92% expecting their fleets to remain stable or increase over the next three years. This position is driven by business growth and human resources requirements.
  • What is the current status of fleet electrification in Greece? While 62% of companies have implemented or are considering the adoption of electric vehicle technologies for passenger cars, adoption remains lower than the European average. The primary obstacle continues to be the lack of charging infrastructure (73%).
  • What factors are driving the transition to electric mobility and broader mobility solutions? Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a leading motivator, particularly for the implementation of mobility solutions (51%) and the electrification of passenger cars (45%).
  • How is connectivity being adopted? Telematics adoption remains stable at 37%, aligning with the European average. However, a "say-do gap" persists between adoption and usage, as only 15% of equipped companies are currently leveraging the data.
  • What are the main future challenges? The top challenges for the next three years are the implementation of alternative energy technologies (29%), containing the increase in TCO* (25%), and promoting responsible driving (25%).
