Can I buy my car?

That is certainly possible! Three months before your vehicle contract expires, you can request for a purchase price by submitting your request through MyArval. You will then have enough time to inform us whether you want to buy the car or not. The car can of course also be sold to friends, family, neighbours or colleagues. 

The vehicle return procedure is described analytically in the Driver's Manual you have received and is based on three main points:

1. The description of the acceptable and unacceptable damages of your vehicle, through precise photos that you may find in the related section of the Driver's Manual.
2. The inspection of the vehicle's condition upon its return to our independent partner's premises carried out by a qualified personnel.
3. The detailed pricelist of damage charges at the end of the lease (End of Contract Pricelist) that you may find in MyArval.

The damages cost will be communicated to the Fleet Manager by email upon completion of the assessment.

Our aim is to ensure:

•  The necessary transparency in the process of assessing the damage to your vehicle.
•  An estimate of the amount to be charged for damage to the vehicle upon its return at the end of the lease.
• The fast completion of the procedure
