Where can I go for maintenance?

Arval suggests a network of suppliers specialized in the repair, maintenance and assistance of vehicles, widespread throughout the country, with skills in terms of information and technical equipment. You can book an apointment with one of our suggested suppliers by calling us at 2108772600 where we will guide you to the appropriate supplier fo fullfill you need.


What maintenance / repair costs are not covered by my contract?

Certain services are not provided for in your contract and, as a result, will not be approved when your garage puts in a request to Arval. If you wish, you may have this carried out at your own expense. Below, you can consult a list of the most frequent issues that are not provided in the contract: updating maps in your GPS, replacement of floor mats , Purchase of a charging cable...

Am I entitled to a replacement car while my car is undergoing maintenance or repairs?

The use of a replacement car during maintenance or repairs depends on the terms of your leasing contract. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at 2108772600.


Tyres

Am I entitled to winter tyres?

This depends upon the terms of your contract. For more information contact us at 2108772600.


Which car centre can I visit to have my tyres replaced?

In case you need to change your tyres please contact Arval at 2108772600 where we will guide you thourgh the appropriate process in accordance with the terms of your contract.


What is excluded in the tyre service?

Damage to the rim, scratches, dents, loss are excluded from tyre service.


Damages and insurance

Do I have to pay for my damage ?

The amount you have to pay is based on the type of insurance you have and your contract terms. In case you want more information please contact us at 2108772600


What should I do in case of damage?

Always report damage to Arval as soon as possible by calling us at 2108772600. Please also make sure to call the accident care at 18112 in order for your accident to be properly registered. In case of injury or dispute please also call the police.


Where can I find the data regarding the insurance company and the policy number?

On the  insurance certificate that you have received you can see the duration of your insurance. More infrmation about your insurnace coverage are detailed in your contract.


What should I do if I have an accident abroad

If you have an accident abroad then you should consult the information that is on the green card that you have at your disposal. Based on this you should get in contact with the local insurance office to proceed with the declaration of the accident. If there are other parties involved you should contact the local police as well in order for the incident to be recorded. You should also inform Arval at +302108772600 in the first working time available after the incident.


Order and delivery

How do I know when my car will be delivered?

The estimated delivery date will be provided to you by Arval. In case your vehicle is ready to be delivered Arval or the supplier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the vehicle's delivery to you.


How is my privacy protected if my car is equiped with Arval Active Link?

If your vehicle is equipped with Arval Active Link, the data relating to the use of your Arval vehicle is collected and processed only for Arval's business purposes. These data are for example: mileage, time data, technical warnings, etc.


Road side assistance / breakdown


Am I entitled a preplacement car through my breakdown insurance?

If your vehicle needs to be repaired we will arrange for you a replacement vehicle based on the terms of your contract.


Is the roadside assistance service available outside Greece?

Roadside assistance is a service available both in Greece and abroad since a Green card has been issued.


On the road / contract management

What documentation should I need to travel abroad?

You will need to get in touch with Arval before you travel abroad and you will get the relevant instructions about the process to be followed and the documents you should carry with you.


What should I do if I have an accident abroad?

Fines

How are fines managed in Arval?

Arval, as owner od the vehicle, maybe notified for a fine or penalty. In that case, the data of the Leesse are advised to the authority in order to address it directly.


I have received a penalty fine. Can I appeal against it?

For any appeal against a fine, please address it to relevant authority.


I have paid my fine on time but I have received a reminder. What can I do?

Please address the relevant authority, having also the payment receipt.


End of contract

Buying my vehicle: I would like to buy my Arval leased vehicle – how do I go about it?

If you would like to buy the car you have leased from Arval please contact us at 2108772600 to inform you about the relevant process.


Excess mileage, what happens if I exceed my contracted mileage?

When you return your vehicle, we will calculate any over mileage at the agreed pence per km rate based on the terms of your contract.


Invoice

When is the invoice charged?

The invoice issuance takes place during the first days of each month and concerns the rental for the whole month.


What does the first invoice include?

The first invoice of the fee includes the days from the delivery date of the vehicle to the last day of the month following the invoice date.
