Arval provides maintenance, repair and tires replacement services for the leased vehicles in its fleet, relief vehicles in case of immobilization of the leased vehicles replaces, delivers cars within a short timeframe, and arranges for their convenient return.
Maintenance, repair and tires
Our technical department -- reachable via phone or e-mail -- will be more than happy to respond to your inquiries if your vehicle needs maintenance, body repair, glass repair or replacement, tires replacement etc.
Body or accidental damage
It is essential that you get in touch with our technical department -- via phone or e-mail -- if your Arval vehicle has suffered body or accidental damage. Repairs can only be conducted by our trade partners, subject to the necessary approval.
Delivery of an Arval lease vehicle
Should you require delivery of a new Arval lease vehicle, please contact the Sales Department of Arval. Following a process which includes the definition of the clients’ needs, the Vehicles’ Lease Agreement and the order of the vehicle, Arval will produce all necessary documents including the insurance certificate and deliver the car together with all necessary documentation.
Return of an Arval vehicle
Drivers often like to return their existing vehicle on the day they take delivery of the new one. Should you wish Arval to organise a vehicle return – End of Contract (EoC), by picking up the vehicle from your premises, do please let us know via phone or e-mail. We will arrange for it to be collected promptly.
