When to maintain your car?

Maintenance intervals are indicated in the instruction booklet in your car and there is usually a message on your dashboard. You can ask for an appointment yourself with one of Arval’s service partners mentioned on the service locator page of MyArval. You can easily submit your request by selecting and filling in the appropriate form found in My Arval.

Technical inspection

Arval will inform you when your car is due for technical inspection.  Make an appointment with the workshops authorized to perform this inspection. You can find them easily on MyArval in the service locator page.

What to check yourself?

As driver of the car, you should regularly check oil-level, level of cool-fluid and tyre pressure, ad-blue level (for some diesel cars). Guidelines for this you can find in the instruction booklet in your car.

When to replace my tyres?

Legally the minimum profile depth is 1.6mm.  Your safety is important to us, and we recommend to change tyres when they reach 2mm profile depth.
